This is really refreshing on a hot summer day!

8 oz Unsweetend Coconut Milk

1 Scoop Strawberry Shakeology

1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
2 TBSP organic unsweetend coconut shredded

Blend it all up in a blender and enjoy!!

I came up with this when I was really craving ice cream. It is a great way to use all of your variety flavors.

8 oz Unsweetend Almond Milk

1 1/2 Tablespoons Chocolate Shakeology

1 1/2 Tablespoons Strawberry Shakeology

1 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla Shakeology

1 tsp mini chocolate chips ( I use Enjoy Life)

1 ripe banana ( I keep a bunch in the freezer for smoothies they make it nice and cold and thick!)

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend it up and enjoy!!
